Fees:

• 3 Attempts of Service, including Affidavit of Service - $130 + tax

• If I am unable to serve, an Affidavit of attempted service, $25 +tax

Disbursements: 

• Over 10 pages, 15 cents per page

• Mailing a copy to the individual if left with an adult, $10

• Any other disbursements incurred will be approved before
